They didn't package correctly so they bounced around inside the box, so most ALL the cookies arrived as crumbs. I posted a video of the smashed, broken bits of cookies, and without question, they replaced ALL 6 boxes that arrived a day later....WOW. I understand its hard to ship these cookies as they're very fragile to begin with. But I'm willing to take a chance as they're THAT delicious.As far as my 6 boxes of very crumbled cookies....well, they're PERFECT for topping over other desserts and or in yogurt or apple pie...GF of course.IF it were up to me, I'd package each cookie individually...i know, that would be time consuming and costly BUT maybe THATS what it will take to ship such fragile cookies..I hope they don't stop offering these online or change their recipe as its a wonderful cookie even if crumbled!
