This cereal is delicious! I used to eat steel-cut oatmeal, but my doctor put me on a gluten-free diet. This is a wonderful substitution for my steel-cut oatmeal. In fact, I like this cereal better than steel-cut oatmeal.Like most people, I don't have a lot of time in the morning to cook breakfast during the week. So, I make a big pot of this cereal on the weekend and store the leftovers in the refrigerator. I add a little vanilla after the cereal has been cooked. Bourbon vanilla compliments this cereal well.I reheat the cereal in the microwave for 1 1/2 minutes. Then, I sprinkle on a little cinnamon and add a sliced banana. It fills me up. Also, this cereal is tasty plain.
