I use these pantyliners to control my daily vaginal discharge. It does a very good job. I wanted something cotton and breathable, but not too thick. This is great for my needs. I have very sensitive skin that has reacted badly to another brand of pantyliners, but these panyliners are wonderful. They come individually wrapped so they are great for use on the go (to carry in purses, etc). I have not tested them on heavier flow, so I don't know how they would hold up. But I am pleased with them for my use.
