This painted egg is just lovely and would make a great gift.The egg was pretty however the hinge wasn’t correctly secured which caused the egg to close On an angle so it wasn’t secureI got this for a gift foo my daughter. She hasn’t seen it yet. But I showed it to 2 friends and both fell in love with it — as did I! I can’t wait to see my daughters reaction to her gift. It is exactly as pictured and comes in a pretty box. It is not large but is the size stated. It is pleasantly heavy for its appearance and extremely beautiful. One of my friends immediately ordered one for her sister!Nice weight. The little carriage inside is cute. Nice color and precision outer design.Very pretty wish it was a little bit bigger but I like it alot and excited to add to my collection.Very nice for an imitation Faberge egg. Real Faberge eggs can cost $5 million dollars and up. These are a nice and more reasonably priced alternative.This decorative egg is elegant and gorgeous!
