Haven't had to use it yet, but the only relief I get from insect bitesI normally purchase a similar product from Walmart but when I ran out and Walmart didn’t have any I ordered this on line. I purchased the two pack so that I could put one in the first aid kit that I take to the ball field and one to leave at home. So far I have used two of them (one from each pack) and neither have helped at all. My daughter was stung in her treehouse and it didn’t bring the swelling down at all and she was still in pain. The other brand that I get from Walmart has always brought the swelling down and taken the pain away within seconds of being applied. The second one I used on a different child at the ball field so I do not know how they normally would react to something like this but they also showed no signs of the gel benifiting them.Have used for years works very wellDidn’t work at all.Took the stong out of my daughter's bee sting
