It’s smaller than I pictured but does the job! Holds our girls’ books and Barbies/Barbie toys in the bottom compartment.Ordered 2 of these for my toddlers playroom. Love the sturdy base which holds lots of toys and prevents tipping! Overall, like the product, but one of them was missing a set of screws to attach the back board. When emailing company, they offered to give me 10 dollar refund and I could buy my own replacements. They said they don’t have replacement parts which confused me. I asked for a product exchange and then they offered me 25 dollars for buy my own screws. I knew this wasn’t the best idea as I am not very handy at all and have little time to be aimlessly searching Home Depot. Finally after a lot of back and forth I agreed. Unfortunately what I got wasn’t an exact match because I couldn’t find an exact match. The screws ended up splitting the boards in multiple places. After reaching back out to the company, they ended up refunding the entire cost of the unit.Bottom line, decent product despite having a problem. The customer service was responsive and ultimately accommodating so I gave 4 stars for that.If you are looking for a quick fix for a messy kid's room, this is it! It is the perfect height for little ones. It can hold a ton of stuff - books, toys, stuffed animals, more toys, figurines, books - lots of book! As your kiddo grows, this has a little bit of room to grow with them, but the price is not so expensive that when your child does outgrow it you don't feel bad because it will have fulfilled it's storage destiny. It was easy to assemble. I ordered two for each of my kids rooms and both were exactly the same. No missing parts or pieces and they both came out identically. Happy with both for purpose and price.Looks as pictured perfect size for my sisters apartment who I got it for she loved it.I liked this item a lot and building it was kinda easy. It was just smaller than I thought. 2 or 3 inches bigger would be perfect but for the price I didn't give it the full 5 stars and it's made of the particle board.Read reviews but thought I’d buy. Not very impressed with this but since it’s for kids toys that aren’t too heavy it’s worksThis seemed like a good option for more vertical storage, but for the price, the quality was fairly disappointing. The assembly instructions were fine, though lacked some detail regarding which side should be facing outward (had to redo a couple steps). A power drill was definitely essential- pre-drilled holes are very snug for the hardware provided. I assembled it by myself, 7 mos pregnant. So that was a plus. The backer boards do not make a strong back behind the shelves- lots of gaps. I added more penny nails mid shelf to help with that, but it was tricky finding the shelf edges through the back. Could have used more pre-drilled holes and corresponding screws. The listing doesn't provide the bottom cubby depth, only the shelf depth. I gambled it would fit where I needed it to go, and it did. But room for improvement for the listing. There are no spare parts, which is lame since it wouldn't be difficult to strip one of the tiny backing screws or snap a wooden dowel. Be careful when assembling! It wasn't an expensive piece. So, while I don't think it's a well made piece of furniture, it does serve it's purpose. As the saying goes, you get what you pay for. It looks nice enough.
